Embassy Gardens is a new development forming part of the exciting redevelopment of the Battersea, Vauxhall and Nine Elms areas. The development is close to the new location for the US Embassy.

Embassy Gardens is a new development covering approximately 15 acres. It will comprise up to 2,000 new homes plus office and work space, new leisure facilities, a 100 bed hotel and 130,000 sq ft of retail, bar & restaurant space (including a new Waitrose supermarket).

This development forms part of one of the largest regeneration projects in Europe and the most centrally located large scale regeneration area in London.

At the heart of the development will be the new US Embassy building and various public realm features including the embassy plaza, a riverside walk and the Linear Park (a tree lined green space stretching from Battersea Park to Vauxhall). In addition, the London Underground Northern Line is being extended to Nine Elms and Battersea and a footbridge is planned making it easier to walk to Pimlico.
